  • What is the Vardon Invitational?
    The Vardon Invitational is a collection of Utah’s best golfers from Men’s leagues across the state. They will all be competing for the honor of being crowned Utah’s best Men’s League as well as an individual title.
  • WHEN is the Vardon Invitational?
    The official date of the Vardon Invitational is Monday November 11th, 2024
  • WHERE is the Vardon Invitational?
    The tournament will be hosted at Black Desert Resort in Ivins Utah.
  • What type of tournament is the Vardon Invitational?
    The tournament will be a shotgun start where all players begin their rounds simultaneously but from different starting holes.
  • Who is eligible to sign up and play in the tournament?
    Golfers who are registered with the associated golf league. Players must also be registered with the USGA.
  • Where are the golfers staying and is there a discount?
    Black Desert Resort is the preferred hotel for the Vardon Invitational. There is a discounted rate of % off. This is redeemable only for the players participating in the tournament. Players and spectators may also find alternative lodging at location of their choice.
  • How many golfers can represent my golf course?
    Each team will be made up of 4 players all representing the same course/league.
  • What if I have some, but not all the spots needed for a team?
    You can still register your team but will need to have a full team of 4 by the tournament start date. (can we fill out the rest of their team, maybe?)
  • How do we register the golfers?

  • How much is it to send the golfers of our league?
    The cost is $3,000 to sponsor a team of 4 players.
  • What does that cost cover?
    The $3,000 registration fee covers official team uniform polos with course/league, feather flags on site at tournament and signage in email messages pre and post tournament communication.
